1. How much sea moss gel should I take a day?

  • It is recommended to take 1-2 (one to two) tablespoons of sea moss gel a day. 

2. What if I am pregnant, can my baby and kids take sea moss gel?

  • We are not medical professionals, so we advise that you ask your doctor.  However, there are millions of pregnant women who consume sea moss while pregnant so that their baby receives all of the same vitamins and minerals.  There are also millions of mamma's that give their kids (toddler-teen) sea moss in their meals! 

3. Can my sea moss gel go bad?

  • Your sea moss gel must stay refrigerated. After 30 (thirty) days, we recommend that you either freeze your sea moss gel or consume it.  After 30 (thirty) days, your sea moss gel begins to lose its full potency of vitamins and minerals. 

4. What is the easiest way to consume my sea moss gel?

  • The easiest way to consume your sea moss gel is by adding your daily serving to your: smoothies, yogurt, applesauce, hot teas and other condiments/sauces.

5. How soon will I begin to feel the benefits of sea moss?

  • You can begin to feel the benefits of sea moss as soon as 3-5 (three to five) days.  On average it takes about a week for the sea moss to fully enter your system. 

6. Why did my sea moss gel ship frozen?

  • We freeze our sea moss to ensure that it does not spoil or go bad during transit.  Place it in a refrigerator to unthaw and enjoy! You may refreeze at any point of your choosing!
